Your enquiry should travel only as far as it needs to.
This notice explains what we collect when you use Awards Asia forms, why we use it and how to ask for access, correction or deletion.
Information we collect
When you contact us or register interest, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, organisation, designation, city, programme interest and message. We also record the page and submission time so the enquiry reaches the right programme.
How we use it
We use this information to respond, route enquiries, manage participation, jury, partnership or gala interest, maintain programme records and protect the integrity of our awards processes. We do not sell enquiry data.
Service providers
Our website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Enquiries are delivered through a shared DMAasia lead service currently hosted at adchoices.asia and may be stored in the Awards Asia programme database. Providers process information only to operate these services.
Retention and sharing
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, programme participation, operational records or legal obligations. We may share it within the DMAasia team and with programme partners only when necessary to fulfil the route you selected or when required by law.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information connected to your enquiry. Some records may need to be retained where law, payment, judging integrity or dispute handling requires it.
